I am currently located in Rockland, MA. I attended the University of Massachusetts - Boston where I acquired my bachelor's degree in English. Upon my graduation from the University of Massachusetts, I began my career as a paraprofessional. I worked with high-risk students teaching them the subjects of English. I have my teacher certifications and can teach grades eight through twelve. I have always had an affection for literature. I find it helpful to incorporate real life scenarios into what I am teaching. This keeps my students entertained and intrigued. I also am proficient in helping students prepare for big exams along with helping students prepare for their college level essays. I am a firm believer in a great education. I believe that a student who is going through even the most difficult of times in a subject can overcome his/her obstacles and succeed. I believe in making learning fun. Learning should not be a chore. Instead, it should be pleasurable. I am currently offering my tutoring services in a number of subjects. When I am not tutoring, I enjoy reading. I also love spending time with my family and listening to music.
